Leading Together is designed to give your leadership team the space, structure, and support to get genuinely aligned on what the leadership team is for, how you work together, and what each leader is accountable for.

The Leading Together Project

We start by wearing our “consultant” hats, getting under the skin of your business. We explore your strategy, your challenges and what is driving the need for leadership development coaching. 

We then devise a bespoke 6-month SLT development programme helping leaders communicate better, collaborate and align on priorities. Driving personal and collective responsibility for growth and culture.

Typical projects include one-to-one strengths profiling and coaching, a Leading Together event to explore the collective mission, team effectiveness and the team’s collective strengths. Finally a summarised view of next steps, key risks to momentum and future development recommendations.
