Most leadership development focuses on the individual. We think that's only part of the story.

The Work Happy Stack is our systemic approach to making work better because lasting change doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when the organisation, the team, and the individual are working as a collective.

We start with the We, the organisation. Understanding the context, the culture, and what leadership needs to achieve. Then we work on the Us, the team dynamic. How people lead together, support each other, and create the conditions for their people to thrive. And finally the Me, the individual. The one-to one work that helps each person show up as the best version of themselves.

You don't always need all three. But when you do work across all three levels, something shifts. The whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.

The Outcomes

Leaders make better decisions. Managers show up differently for their people. And those people feel it. The result is a culture where everyone is collectively performing at their best, and actually enjoying it.

Work should feel good.
